What we collect
When you submit a report request, we collect your name, email address, company name, and website URL. We use this to run a crawl of your site and send you the results.
When you visit plaincheck.com, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4 - pages visited, time on site, general location, and device type. This data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.
What we do with it
Your contact information is used to deliver your report and follow up about our service. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
Your website URL is used to run a crawl. We analyze the site the same way Google does - following links, reading publicly available pages. We do not access private areas, authenticated pages, or anything not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
Report request data is retained for as long as you are a Plaincheck customer, or up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@plaincheck.com and we'll respond within 5 business days.
