Every fact has a source.

Content generation doesn't start with a blank prompt. It starts with what the page needs to say, what the competition is saying, and what the facts actually are — verified before a word is written.

01

Question identification

The primary question each page answers is pulled from content visibility analysis. Only factual, procedural questions proceed through the full pipeline — brand, opinion, and promotional pages are handled separately.

02

SERP analysis

The top 10 results for that question are pulled. Related searches and People Also Ask are extracted. Topics are normalized across both SERP results and the current page.

03

Gap analysis

What the top 10 cover that your page doesn't — and what your page covers that they don't. Gaps become research targets. Advantages get reinforced.

04

Cited fact research

Every topic — gap or existing — is researched for current, verified facts using Perplexity's live search index, not LLM training data. 6–15 atomic facts per topic with inline citations. Government and authoritative sources prioritized. Existing facts are refreshed, not just gaps filled.

05

FAQ construction

People Also Ask and related searches from the SERP are used to build a fact-backed FAQ — questions real searchers are asking, answered with verified sources.

06

GSC analysis — brand vs. organic

Google Search Console data is pulled per page — queries, impressions, clicks, CTR, ranking positions, 16 months of history. Brand queries (navigational, name-driven) are classified separately from organic intent queries. A page driven by brand traffic needs a different strategy than one competing for organic search.

07

GA analysis

Bounce rate, session engagement, and AI search referrers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude). A page with high AI referral traffic gets optimized differently — AI systems summarize and cite, they don't just rank.

08

Internal linking and social proof

The content library is indexed to derive internal linking instructions — which pages this rewrite should reference and how. Customer reviews are matched to the page by topic and injected as social proof.

09

Rewrite and fact-check

Content is generated against everything collected — facts, analytics, links, social proof, brand voice, editorial style. It then runs through a fact-check pass for compliance and accuracy before it reaches you.

10

Review and publish

You review and approve via a structured workflow. Nothing publishes without sign-off. Approve, reject, or send back for reprocessing — your call at every step.
